ABOUT LEWISETTA MARINA
Built on a tradition of community, family and a love of the water Lewisetta is a short boat ride to Maryland for dinner on the water and plays host to some of the best rock fishing around.
Established as a steamship port by Charles and Etta Lewis, the marina was originally used for the transport of farmed and finished products as well as essential mail and goods from “the city.” Charles built the General Store on the property to sell food, bait, and tackle. Today, the tradition of Lewisetta Marina is continued while continued enhancements to serve the boating community are added.
Today, Lewisetta Marina is much more than just a place to dock your boat—it’s the Community Hub for the village of Lewisetta and the surrounding area. The Washington family plans to continue normal operations at the marina, with some planned improvements.
